Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation 

To cancel an order, please contact our team within 24 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be cancelled.

Return/Exchange Requirements

  • The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • A 15% restocking/processing fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges. This fee will be deducted from any refund. For ClubEh members, the restocking fee is waived.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Important Notes:

  • Products returned without a visible RA# will not be accepted.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or tested products.

  • We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before accepting a return or exchange and issuing an RA#.

  • All massage chairs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Manufacturer Defect

In the rare case that you receive a product with a manufacturer defect, please contact our customer service team immediately at customerservice@sleepeh.ca. Provide your order number, the serial number of the defective product, and details of the issue you are experiencing.

We will assist you with troubleshooting, and if necessary, provide an RA#.

  • No credit or refund will be issued until we have received and inspected the returned product(s).

C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP Machines Return/Exchange Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP machines, and humidifiers cannot be returned once opened, regardless of usage hours.

Machine Warranty Policy

  • Most manufacturers offer up to a 3-year warranty on C-PAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines, and a 1-year warranty on humidifiers.

  • If you experience a manufacturer defect, please contact our team as soon as possible for assistance.

  • Decisions regarding repairs or replacements under warranty are made solely by the manufacturer.

  • Misuse of the equipment may void the warranty.

  • If your machine or humidifier is no longer under warranty and experiencing issues, it may be eligible for repair by the manufacturer. Our team will provide details and instructions as needed.

CPAP Mask Warranty Policy

  • CPAP Masks (nasal interface products) cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging.

  • We will accept sealed, unused masks within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Mask warranties are covered for 90 days from the purchase date.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

We apologize for any inconvenience caused if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item. We are committed to resolving this issue quickly for you.

If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@sleepeh.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible, whether that’s issuing a replacement, providing a refund, or assisting with any other solution.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: 


  1. Contact Us: Email us at customerservice@sleepeh.ca with the details of your return or exchange request.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  3. Prepare Your Return: Clearly write the RA# on the package and drop it off at your local post office with tracking.

  5. Provide Tracking Information: After dropping off the package, email us your tracking number so we can monitor the return.
