Try using our internal search bar! You can find this at the top-right of any SleepEh.ca webpage. Simply type in the product name and allow the search bar to generate a few options. You will see a drop-down menu and can also hit ‘enter’ after you’ve typed what you’re looking for in the text-bar. This will then bring you to the page with all relevant options to your search. All of our prices are listed in Canadian dollars as we solely ship within Canada.

Simply put, CPAP machines work by delivering a single steady continuous pressure during both inhalation and exhalation while APAP machines will work to adjust the pressure while you sleep. BiPap refers to bi-level positive airway pressure meaning two pressures are delivered while you sleep; inhalation and exhalation. We’ve broken this down even more in the following article.

Yes! We highly recommend using a CPAP device with heated humidification as without humidification, your airways are likely to become dehydrated due to the continuously airflow. Your sleep will be much more comfortable with heated humidification as it provides a warm and moist airflow instead of cool and dry.

The SoClean uses ozone to sanitize while the Lumin uses a powerful UltraViolet-C light to disinfect your product. The SoClean must be purchased with an adapter to filter ozone through the CPAP machine and accessories can go into the chamber. The Lumin does not have any attachments and only kills surfaces that are exposed to the light within the sliding compartment. They are both effective in sanitizing your product and the choice between the two is completely up to you!

This is solely based on personal preference! We recommend Nasal and Nasal Pillows to encourage breathing through your the nose while you sleep. If you find you breathe through your mouth but want a Nasal/Nasal Pillow Mask – you can purchase a chin strap to help keep your jaw closed while you sleep.

You want your mask to fits comfortably and that does not allow air to leak out. Sizing guides are available on the respective manufacturer’s websites. You can use these to measure the size of your nose to determine which style and sizes are most suitable for your face shape. For further reassurance, your local clinic may be able to help fit you for a mask. As mask are unable to be returned, we do not recommend purchasing online for first time buyers.

A number of factors could be affecting your mask fit. This could be due to incorrect mask size, mask type and/or improper fitting. It could also be that your mask is old and has stretched out meaning it’s time for a new one.

The main difference between an oxygen concentrator and oxygen tank is that oxygen concentrators cannot run out of oxygen. Oxygen concentrators are machines that pull in the air around you and filter out the nitrogen. A thin tube runs from the device to your face through a nasal cannula, giving you purified oxygen through two open prongs below your nostrils. Oxygen tanks have a finite amount of oxygen within them, which is inhaled by the user until it runs out.

We offer free shipping on our ottoman and curb side delivery for our massage chairs is $50.00. White glove delivery ranges between $200.00 - $500.00 depending on the chair. You can view these options while browsing our selection and during the checkout process.

We accept all major credit cards such as Amex, Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Paypal and use Affirm as a payment plan to provide you with flexible options.

At this time, we are unable to add or substitute items once your order has been placed. If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to remove an item, please contact customerservice@SleepEh.ca our customer service team specifying which item you’d like to remove as well as your order number and we will do our very best to assist. If the order has been shipped, we will be unable to modify your order. For further guidance, please see our return policy.

Your payment will be processed once your order is successfully placed.

Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after the transaction has been processed and may take a minute or two to show up in your inbox. These emails can sometimes end up in your junk folder and/or flagged as spam. Please check these folders and move us to your inbox! If you still cannot find an email from us, please contact customerservice@SleepEh.ca our customer service team.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact customerservice@SleepEh.ca our customer service team as soon as possible and we will assist you where feasible. Please note that if your order has been shipped we will be unable to cancel it.

At SleepEh, we adhere to the regulations established by your local jurisdiction concerning the sale of prescriptive devices.

Should your purchase require a prescription, a member of our team will reach out to you. If you receive a request for a prescription from us, please feel free to email it to customerservice@sleepeh.ca.

Policy Review and Updates

This prescription guideline is subject to periodic review and updates to ensure alignment with evolving healthcare regulations and best practices.

Your private insurance provider is likely to offer financial reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. SleepEh does not directly bill any insurance and you will need to submit the invoice to your insurance provider after your purchase to get reimbursed for your CPAP expenses.

In Ontario, the OHIP, ADP or ODSP program does not provide funding for CPAP purchases made online, only those purchased at local instore CPAP vendors. For all other provinces we recommend checking your respective provincial healthcare website. We have also created a helpful breakdown for you here.

For warranty information, please visit the specific product page where you will find the relevant information in the product description. If you are unable to locate the necessary information, please contact customerservice@SleepEh.ca our customer service team.

We ship across Canada! If you have any doubts on wether we will be able to ship to your address, please get in touch customerservice@SleepEh.ca with our team!

All products are shipped from our facilities located in the Greater Toronto Area.

Shipping times will vary depending on which shipping method you have selected during checkout and on the courier. Shipping can take anywhere between 1-15 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from the respective courier providing you with the relevant tracking details. We aim to ship all order within two working days. Orders placed over the weekend and/or statutory holidays will be processed on the following business day. If you have not received your tracking details after 3 business days, please get in touch customerservice@SleepEh.ca with our customer service team and we will be more than happy to help.

At this time we do not provide return slips. Please view our return policy for further information on how to return an item.

If you believe you have received the incorrect order, please firstly double check the packaging invoice as well as your order confirmation. If you determine that the incorrect item has been sent, please do not open the item and contact customerservice@SleepEh.ca our customer service team via email or phone and we will be able to assist.

We are very sorry to hear your item may be defective and we are more than happy to help sort this out for you as soon as possible.
