Shipping Policy 

Shipping Notice: We are currently experiencing a higher volume of order than usual and as a result, shipping may be delayed. We are very sorry about this and are working hard to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible. Our couriers are not guaranteeing any delivery times nor providing any refunds for delayed packages. We thank you and appreciate your patience during this time. We are pleased to offer you free shipping on all orders over $70.00 CAD

Other shipping cost are as followed:
FedEx Ground or Purolator Ground - $25.00 CAD
FedEx Priority - $50.00 CAD

Larger items and those above 35 lbs are excluded from free shipping. Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday to Friday aim to be processed and packaged within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends and/or statutory holidays will be processed on the following business day. Our processing time may be longer during promotional periods due to a high volume of orders and stock availability. Should your selected item be out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Your tracking number will be provided to you via email once your package is ready for delivery.

Please note that most couriers do not ship on weekends nor statutory holidays and tracking status may take up to 24hrs to be updated. Orders that have already been shipped and en-route cannot be re-routed or re-delivered.

It is important to note that processing time is different from shipping time.
