SleepEh.ca will gladly accept or exchange (of same value) any unused and undamaged products purchases made through SleepEh.ca within 30 days from delivery date. A 15% returns or exchange-processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost of merchandise and a credit for the difference will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any return/exchange of item(s). Please email SleepEh.ca at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping the product back in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Product(s) that are returned to SleepEh.ca without a RA# will be rejected and shipped back to you. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PRODUCTS THAT HAS BEEN OPENED, USED, or “TESTED”.
On a rare occasion that a product is received with a manufactures’ defect, email email@example.com immediately, first for troubleshooting and then, if required, an RA# will be issued to you via email.
No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the products into our facilities and have been examined.
C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP Machines Return / Exchange Policy
All C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP, and Humidifiers are considered medical equipment and cannot be returned once the parcel has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not.
Machine (C-PAP, BiPAP and APAP)Warranty Policy
Most manufacturers offer up to 3-year warranty on their products (C-PAP, BiPAP and APAP) and a 1-year warranty on humidifiers. Should you find that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact our Customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Decisions for repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty period are made solely by the manufacturer. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty.
Machines (C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP) and humidifiers, which are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturers. Please contact our Customer service team at email@example.com for details and instructions.
Mask Warranty Policy
Under Health Canada and FDA regulations it states that any nasal interface products removed from its original packaging is no longer refundable. SleepEh.ca will only accept SEALED, and UNUSED products within 30 days from the delivery date. Mask warranty is covered for 90 days.
To cancel a purchase, you must contact our strategic partner MRC Sleep & Snore Therapy or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing an order.

SleepEh.ca reserves the right to dispute and/or deny any orders placed on this website if flagged our security system. This is for the safety and security of all our customers.
CPAP / APAP / BiLEVEL machines are prescriptive devices and a prescription is required.
All Oxygen Concentrators are medical devices where a prescription is required.
Your prescription must include the physician’s name, contact information and signature of the physician; your name; and a statement about the equipment needed.
Shipping Notice: We are currently experiencing a higher volume of orders than usual and shipping may be delayed. Our carriers are not guaranteeing any delivery times nor providing any refunds for delayed packages. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship orders out on time. SleepEh.ca offers Free Shipping on all orders over $99 CAD. Most orders placed before 3 PM EST time Monday to Friday will be processed and packaged within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and/or statutory holidays will be processed on the following business day. Processing time may be longer during promotional periods due to high volume of orders and stock availability. Should your selected item be out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. SleepEh.ca will provide you a status update on any back ordered items. Please note processing time is different from shipping time.
Customers can upgrade to FedEx Ground or Purolator Ground for $25CAD. Customers can upgrade to FedEx Priority for $50CAD (Next Day). Please note that most couriers do not ship on weekends and statutory holidays and tracking status may take up to 24hrs to be updated. Orders already shipped and en-route cannot be re-routed or re-delivered in any way. Tracking information will be provided to you via email once your package is ready for delivery.
