If you continue to browse and use this website you are subject to the terms, conditions and privacy statement contained in these Terms of Use.BY USING THIS WEBSITE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS OF USE AS YOUR BINDING AGREEMENT.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

1. The Products on this website are only intended for purchase and use by customers residing in Canada.
2. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
3. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which SleepEh.ca shall not be liable.
4. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. You are prohibited from framing this website or use framing techniques or technology to enclose any content included on this website without SleepEh.ca’s prior written consent.
5. Personal details provided by you to us through this website will only be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the link website(s).

8. Notwithstanding any of these Terms of Use, SleepEh.ca reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use our websites, and to block or prevent future access to and use of our websites.

General Return

SleepEh.ca will gladly accept or exchange (of same value) any unused and undamaged products purchases made through SleepEh.ca within 30 days from delivery date. A 15% returns or exchange-processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost of merchandise and a credit for the difference will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any return/exchange of item(s). Please email SleepEh.ca at customerservice@sleepeh.ca prior to shipping the product back in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Product(s) that are returned to SleepEh.ca without a RA# will be rejected and shipped back to you. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PRODUCTS THAT HAS BEEN OPENED, USED, or “TESTED”.

On a rare occasion that a product is received with a manufactures’ defect, email customerservice@sleepeh.ca immediately, first for troubleshooting and then, if required, an RA# will be issued to you via email.

No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the products into our facilities and have been examined.

Warranties, Returns and Exchanges

C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP Machines Return / Exchange Policy

All C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP, and Humidifiers are considered medical equipment and cannot be returned once the parcel has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not.

Machine (C-PAP, BiPAP and APAP)Warranty Policy

Most manufacturers offer up to 3-year warranty on their products (C-PAP, BiPAP and APAP) and a 1-year warranty on humidifiers. Should you find that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact our Customer service team at customerservice@sleepeh.ca as soon as possible. Decisions for repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty period are made solely by the manufacturer. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty.

Machines (C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP) and humidifiers, which are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty MAY be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturers. Please contact our Customer service team at customerservice@sleepeh.ca for details and instructions.

Mask Warranty Policy

Under Health Canada and FDA regulations it states that any nasal interface products removed from its original packaging is no longer refundable. SleepEh.ca will only accept SEALED, and UNUSED products within 30 days from the delivery date. Mask warranty is covered for 90 days.

Canceling Orders

To cancel a purchase, you must contact our strategic partner MRC Sleep & Snore Therapy or email customerservice@sleepeh.ca within 24 hours of placing an order.

Security, Fraudulent disclaimers

SleepEh.ca reserves the right to dispute and/or deny any orders placed on this website if flagged our security system. This is for the safety and security of all our customers.

Prescription Guideline

Shipping Policy

Shipping Notice: We are currently experiencing a higher volume of orders than usual and shipping may be delayed. Our carriers are not guaranteeing any delivery times nor providing any refunds for delayed packages. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship orders out on time. If you have any questions, please contact customerservice@sleepeh.ca.

SleepEh.ca offers Free Shipping on all orders over $70 CAD. Most orders placed before 3 PM EST time Monday to Friday will be processed and packaged within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and/or statutory holidays will be processed on the following business day. Processing time may be longer during promotional periods due to high volume of orders and stock availability. Should your selected item be out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. SleepEh.ca will provide you a status update on any back ordered items. Please note processing time is different from shipping time.

Customers can upgrade to FedEx Ground or Purolator Ground for $25CAD. Customers can upgrade to FedEx Priority for $50CAD (Next Day). Please note that most couriers do not ship on weekends and statutory holidays and tracking status may take up to 24hrs to be updated. Orders already shipped and en-route cannot be re-routed or re-delivered in any way. Tracking information will be provided to you via email once your package is ready for delivery.

Privacy Policy

SleepEh.ca is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. In general, you can visit this website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. “Personal information” means personally identifiable information, such as your name, street address, telephone number, date of birth, email address and other identifiers that permit identification of a specific individual. We will not collect personally identifiable information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide such information to us.

There are certain features that require you to provide (voluntarily) certain personal information before you may participate in specific areas. We may use this personal information that you provide to us to contact you for marketing and promotional purposes.

We may require visitors to register in order to obtain a user ID and password for authentication and secure access to a transaction or certain business confidential or proprietary information services.

SleepEh.ca also uses 3rd party vendor re-marketing tracking cookies, including the Google Adwords tracking cookie. This means we will continue to show ads to you across the internet, specifically on the Google Content Network (GCN). As always we respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of Google’s or any other 3rd party remarketing system.
