To cancel an order, please contact our team within 24 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be cancelled.
In the rare case that you receive a product with a manufacturer defect, please contact our customer service team immediately at customerservice@sleepeh.ca. Provide your order number, the serial number of the defective product, and details of the issue you are experiencing.
We will assist you with troubleshooting, and if necessary, provide an RA#.
Due to health and safety regulations, C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP machines, and humidifiers cannot be returned once opened, regardless of usage hours.
