Return Policy 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like to return it, will gladly offer you a refund or exchange of the same value as your order within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please note the product(s) must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. A 15% return or exchange processing fee will be deducted from the order cost and a credit for the difference will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for covering the return/exchange shipping cost.

Please follow the instructions below or watch the video on how to process a return or exchange.

Email with the details of your return or exchange request. Once your return or exchange has been approved, we will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Once you’ve received the RA#, please clearly write the number on the package that is being returned with the goods inside. Once completed, please drop the package off at your local post office to be sent to SleepEh (address below) with tracking.

After dropping off the package, please email our customer service team and provide us with the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for your package.

Once the package has been received by SleepEh, an inspection will be completed to verify the product(s) are unopened, unused and undamaged. After a successful inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Please note, products that are returned to without an RA# will be rejected and shipped back to you.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used or tested. reserve the right to ask you to provide photographic evidence that the product has not been opened before accepting a return or exchange and issuing an RA#.

All massage chairs are final sale.

Manufacture Defect

In the rare event that a product is received with a manufacturer’s defect, please contact our team immediately by providing your order number, the serial number of the defective product(s) and the issue you are experiencing. We will first assist you in troubleshooting and if required, an RA# will be provided.

No credit or refunds will be issued until we have received the products and completed an inspection.

C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP Machines Return / Exchange Policy

All C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP, and Humidifiers are considered medical equipment and cannot be returned once the parcel has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not.

Machine (C-PAP, BiPAP and APAP) Warranty Policy

Most manufacturers offer up to 3-year warranty on their products (C-PAP, BiPAP and APAP) and a 1-year warranty on humidifiers. Should you find that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact (Hyperlinked email) our team as soon as possible. Decisions for repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty period are made solely by the manufacturer. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty.

Machines (C-PAP, BiPAP, APAP) and humidifiers which are no longer under manufacturer warranty and experiencing functional issues may be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies between manufacturers. Our team will be able to provide you with details and instructions should this be the case.

Mask Warranty Policy

Under Health Canada and FDA regulations it states that any nasal interface products removed from its original packaging are no longer refundable. will only accept sealed, and unused products within 30 days from the delivery date.

Mask warranty is covered for 90 days.

Canceling Orders

To cancel a purchase, please contact our team within 24 hours of placing an order. Orders that have already been shipped are unable to be canceled.
