No, the DreamStation 2 machine provided in our trial program is brand new, ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards for you, our customers.

How does the trial program work?

When you participate in our trial program, you'll select a trial term of either 60, 90, or 120 nights for $729, $829, or $929 respectively. During this period, you'll have the opportunity to experience the benefits of the DreamStation 2 and a DreamWear mask. If you decide to keep the machine, there are no additional costs involved beyond the trial fee you've paid. However, if you choose to return the machine after the trial period, a $150.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I keep the machine after the trial period?

Absolutely! If you're satisfied with the DreamStation 2 and wish to continue using it, all you need to do is inform us. Once you've made your decision, the machine is yours to keep, and there's nothing further you need to do.

When does the trial period start?

Your trial period starts as soon as you receive the DreamStation 2. For example, if you receive the DS2 on the 1st of May, your 60-night trial begins from that date. We'll proactively reach out to you on the 59th day of your trial period (if we haven't heard from you yet) to inquire if you'd like to keep your machine or return it.

Is there anything I need to purchase to be able to use the DreamStation 2?

Not at all! We've streamlined the trial process for your convenience. As part of your trial, you'll receive a DreamWear mask of your choice at no extra cost. You can select from the DreamWear Nasal with Headgear, the DreamWear Silicone Pillow, or the DreamWear Full Face.

Can I choose a different mask?

While the trial includes masks from the DreamWear line, we offer a diverse selection of masks on our site for purchase. What about tubing and filters?

Does the mask need to be returned as well?

No, the mask is yours to keep! Since it's a single-use item, it cannot be returned. Enjoy the convenience and comfort of your chosen DreamWear mask throughout the trial and beyond.

Are there any costs associated with returning the machine?

No, there are no additional costs for returning the machine. Once the machine is received at our warehouse, you will be refunded the full amount minus the $150.00 processing fee.

What does the $150 charge cover?

The $150 processing fee covers our processing costs with Philips Respironics as well as other associated expenses such as shipping. This fee ensures that we can efficiently manage the return process and handle any necessary administrative tasks related to the trial program.
